为进一步提高高压电能变换领域输出波形的质量,基于多电平技术的相关原理,提出了无中间直流环节的改进型Zeta式三电平AC/AC变换器,进一步介绍了该变换器的电路结构、电路拓扑和高频控制策略.利用仿真软件Pspice建立了改进型Zeta式三电平AC/AC变换器的电路仿真模型,给出了该变换器闲环控制的主电路图,对其进行了闭环控制仿真验证,得出了闭环控制电路各部分的输出波形,并在输入端交流信号波动的情况下测试了输出端的稳压性能.结果表明:该改进型Zeta式三电平AC/AC变换器的拓扑结构简单,设计原理正确,控制方法简单可行,有较好的稳压功能.
為進一步提高高壓電能變換領域輸齣波形的質量,基于多電平技術的相關原理,提齣瞭無中間直流環節的改進型Zeta式三電平AC/AC變換器,進一步介紹瞭該變換器的電路結構、電路拓撲和高頻控製策略.利用倣真軟件Pspice建立瞭改進型Zeta式三電平AC/AC變換器的電路倣真模型,給齣瞭該變換器閒環控製的主電路圖,對其進行瞭閉環控製倣真驗證,得齣瞭閉環控製電路各部分的輸齣波形,併在輸入耑交流信號波動的情況下測試瞭輸齣耑的穩壓性能.結果錶明:該改進型Zeta式三電平AC/AC變換器的拓撲結構簡單,設計原理正確,控製方法簡單可行,有較好的穩壓功能.

To further improve the quality of output waveform in the field of high-voltage energy transformation,the improved Zeta-type three-level AC/AC converter without intermediate DC link is studied and proposed according to the relevant theory of multi-level technology.Its circuit structure,circuit topology and high-frequency control strategy are introduced.The circuit simulation model of improved Zeta-type three-level AC/AC converter is built with Pspice simulation software,and its main circuit of closed-loop control is presented.The output waveforms of various parts of closed-loop control circuit are simulated and verified,and the voltage regulator performance of the output is tested by exerting fluctuation on input AC voltage.Results show that the proposed converter has simple topology,correct design principle,good voltage stability,and simple and feasible control method.
