在HCl介质中,Bi(Ⅲ)与I~- 可形成[BiI4]- 络合负离子,与质子化的诺氟沙星(NRF)缔合,形成离子缔合物,使共振瑞利散射(RRS)显著增强,并且最大RRS峰位于469 nm处.在优化的实验条件下,RRS强度增大值(ΔI)与NRF浓度成正比,线性范围和检出限分别为3.2~130 μg/L和 0.96 μg/L,方法简单,灵敏度高,用于牛奶样品中NRF测定,结果满意.

In HCl media,Bi(Ⅲ) was reacted with I~- to form ion complex[BiI4]-,which further associate with norfloxacin (NRF) to form the association complex,resulting in the new resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) is significantly enhanced and the maximum RRS wavelength is located at 469 nm.Under the optimum condition,the linear ranges and the detection limits are 3.2~130 μg/L and 0.96 μg/L,respectively.This method is simple,sensitive.The NRF in milk samples were analyzed by the proposed method with satisfactory results.
