采用TiO_2溶胶处理棉织物,然后分别使用硬脂酸,1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟十二烷基三氯硅烷,以及两者联合对织物表面进行低表面能处理,制备超疏水棉织物.采用扫描电子显微镜观察织物表面形貌,研究了织物表面的润湿性能,并测试织物的紫外线透过率.结果表明,TiO_2的引入不仅使微米级纤维表面粗糙化,从而获得微纳粗糙结构织物表面,增强织物疏水性能,还可以使织物具有良好的紫外线屏蔽性能.当TiO_2的质量分数为0.8%时,紫外线防护性能达到最佳.

Superhydrophobic cotton fabric was prepared by TiO_2 sol coating followed by low surface energy treatment with ste-aric acid, 1 H, 1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltrichlorosilane and their combination respectively. Surface wettability, surface morphology and transmission of UV ray of the finished cotton were tested. It was found that introduction of TiO_2 nano particles not only facilitated the generation of a dual-size roughness on the substrate, favoring superhydrophobicity of the fabric, but also imparted cotton fabric excellent UV-shielding property. Optimal UV-shielding property was achieved when dosage of TiO_2 was 8%.
