以邻二甲苯为原料,经芳环取代、甲基自由基溴化、环合三步反应,合成了6,7-二溴-2,3-二腈基萘,通过研究溶剂用量、反应时间及催化剂用量对各步产物收率的影响,优化了反应条件,降低了成本,目标产物6,7-二溴-2,3-二腈基萘收率高达92.9%.采用熔点测定、元素分析和红外光谱等手段对各步产物进行了表征.
以鄰二甲苯為原料,經芳環取代、甲基自由基溴化、環閤三步反應,閤成瞭6,7-二溴-2,3-二腈基萘,通過研究溶劑用量、反應時間及催化劑用量對各步產物收率的影響,優化瞭反應條件,降低瞭成本,目標產物6,7-二溴-2,3-二腈基萘收率高達92.9%.採用鎔點測定、元素分析和紅外光譜等手段對各步產物進行瞭錶徵.

6,7-dibromo-2,3-dicyanonaphthalene was synthesized from o-xylene by three steps:electrophilic aromatic substitution, free radical halogenation and electroclic reaction. The optimal synthetic conditions were obtained by the yield of target product 6,7-dibromo-2,3-dicyanonaphthalene could reach to 92. 9 %, and the cost of the product was decreased. The product was characterized by melting point, element analyses and IR spectra.
