流动性是灌浆材料的主要指标之一,其影响因素除减水剂的用量和水灰比外,添加矿粉也会起很大的作用.本研究在确定了水灰比和聚羧酸高效减水剂掺量的情况下,研究石灰石、硅灰和粉煤灰等等量取代水泥时,其对灌浆材料流动性影响,发现石灰石随掺量的增大和粒度的减小,能大幅度提高灌浆材料的流动性;硅灰和粉煤灰在一定掺量范围内对灌浆材料的流动性的提高也有一定的作用.本研究并对各种矿粉改善浆体流动性的机理进行了分析.

The fluidity was one of the important parameters of grouting material, in addition to the impact of the water reducing agent dosage and the water-cement ratio, the mineral powder also played a significant role for the fluidity. In the case of the water-cement ratio and polycarboxylic high range water content was decided, the influences of limestone, silica and fly ash for the fluidity of grouting materials were studied. The results demonstrated that with the decrease of the dosage and grain size of limestone, the fluidity of grouting material increased remarkably. With the increase of the dosage of silica powder and fly ash within limits, the fluidity of grouting material increased. The effect mechanism of minerals on the influence of grouting material was also analyzed.
