目的:优化金钗石斛生物碱提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以石斛碱提取量为考查指标,用CC法测定斛碱的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为75%酸性乙醇(pH3),80℃提取6h,结论:优选得到的工艺简便易行,稳定性好。
目的:優化金釵石斛生物堿提取工藝。方法:採用正交試驗法,以石斛堿提取量為攷查指標,用CC法測定斛堿的含量。結果:最佳提取工藝為75%痠性乙醇(pH3),80℃提取6h,結論:優選得到的工藝簡便易行,穩定性好。
목적:우화금차석곡생물감제취공예。방법:채용정교시험법,이석곡감제취량위고사지표,용CC법측정곡감적함량。결과:최가제취공예위75%산성을순(pH3),80℃제취6h,결론:우선득도적공예간편역행,은정성호。
Objective : To optimize the best extraction process of alkaloids of Dendrobium nobile Lindel. Methods : The extracting process was designed by right--cross test and the content of alkaloids in Dendrobium nobil was determined by GC. Results: The optimal technology was chosen to extract 75 % (pH3) alcohol, at 80℃ for 6 hours. Conclusion:This optimized process is simpie, stable and efficient.
