This paper introduces the theory of wavelet analysis production and the development,this paper mainly expounds the two century since the interstate wavelet development evolution;And then analyse the application of the wavelet analysis in GPS data processing and the wavelet analysis in deformation analysis and prediction,then puts forward the existing problem in the application of the wavelet analysis,and discuss the problems to be solved of which the wavelet analysis in surveying and the outlook and the trend of development.
