延安时期中国共产党人高度重视调查研究,为此建立了严密的组织架构,建立和完善包括科学的分工协作、成果分享机制和智力、财力支持制度,并采用科学合理、灵活多样的调查研究方式方法。这一时期的调查研究有力促进实现马克思主义中国化的第一次飞跃,保证了整风运动胜利开展,提高了全体党员干部的党性,实现了党群干群关系和谐。

In the Yan＇ an Era, the Communist Party of China paid great attention to investigations and studies, for which compact organizational structure was established. Mechanisms of scientific division of labor, coopera- tion, and achievement sharing, and institutions of intellectual and financial support were established and improved. Scientific and flexible methods for investigations and studies were applied. Investigations and studies in this period strongly enhanced the realization of the first historic leap in adapting Marxism to Chinese conditions, ensured the success of the rectification movement, raised all Party cadres＇ party spirit, and realized harmonious relationship be- tween the Party and the masses.
