使用虚拟样机技术,对高压开关的工作过程进行了仿真,对动触头缓冲弹簧的刚度做了优化.高压开关在合闸时,由于碰撞的发生,会在触头之间发生一定程度的弹跳.弹跳会引起触头之间的高压拉弧,导致开关故障,缩短开关的寿命.在对触头缓冲弹簧的刚度进行优化分析后,可以很好的修正触头的碰撞结果,改善高压开关合闸时动力特性.
使用虛擬樣機技術,對高壓開關的工作過程進行瞭倣真,對動觸頭緩遲彈簧的剛度做瞭優化.高壓開關在閤閘時,由于踫撞的髮生,會在觸頭之間髮生一定程度的彈跳.彈跳會引起觸頭之間的高壓拉弧,導緻開關故障,縮短開關的壽命.在對觸頭緩遲彈簧的剛度進行優化分析後,可以很好的脩正觸頭的踫撞結果,改善高壓開關閤閘時動力特性.

The virtual prototype technology is applied to emulating the high voltage switch's working process and optimizing the stiffness of the moving contact's buffer spring. When high voltage switch closing, the bump creates the bounce between the contactors. The high - voltage arc happen between the contactors, as create the accident of the switch and reduce the life of the switch. By optimizing the stiffness of the contactors' buffer spring, the results of the contactors' colliding can be amended very well, and the dynamic property of switch closing can be improved.
