This paper discusses the process of installation and the correct usage of the axis of revolution of lips oil seal support and the installation tools. The paper pointed out that it is an important requisite to avoid shortening the service life of oil seals because of damages befor or after the installation, leakage of oil at early stage so as to gurantee the quality of the installation. It is essential to assure the exact design shaft match with oil seal, the chamfer size of shaft alignment surface, the hole, the chamfer size of the hole,and design requests to protect the bore and stalk with correct match and installations of oil seals.
