目的 研究滇白珠(Gaultheria leucocarpa var. yunnanensis or var. crenulta)地上部分的化学成分.方法 应用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,用MS和NMR分析鉴定化合物结构.结果 分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为①槲皮素-3-O-β-D葡萄糖醛酸苷、②山萘酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷、③龙胆酸甲酯、④水杨酸甲酯、⑤白珠树苷、⑥滇白珠素A、⑦滇白珠素B.结论 化合物1～3是首次从该植物中分离得到.
目的 研究滇白珠(Gaultheria leucocarpa var. yunnanensis or var. crenulta)地上部分的化學成分.方法 應用各種色譜技術進行分離純化,用MS和NMR分析鑒定化閤物結構.結果 分離得到7箇化閤物,分彆鑒定為①槲皮素-3-O-β-D葡萄糖醛痠苷、②山萘酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛痠苷、③龍膽痠甲酯、④水楊痠甲酯、⑤白珠樹苷、⑥滇白珠素A、⑦滇白珠素B.結論 化閤物1～3是首次從該植物中分離得到.
목적 연구전백주(Gaultheria leucocarpa var. yunnanensis or var. crenulta)지상부분적화학성분.방법 응용각충색보기술진행분리순화,용MS화NMR분석감정화합물결구.결과 분리득도7개화합물,분별감정위①곡피소-3-O-β-D포도당철산감、②산내분-3-O-β-D-포도당철산감、③룡담산갑지、④수양산갑지、⑤백주수감、⑥전백주소A、⑦전백주소B.결론 화합물1～3시수차종해식물중분리득도.
Objective To study the chemical constituents of aerial parts of Dianbaizhu (Gaultheria leucocarpa var. crenulata).Methods The various techniques of column chromatograph were used in the course of isolation and purification. The chemical structure of the compounds was analysed and identified by using mass spectrography (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).Results There were 7 compounds isolated and identified as ①quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide, ②kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide,③ methyl gentisate, ④methyl salicylate,⑤ gaultherin,⑥ gaultherins A and ⑦gaultherins B. Conclusion The compounds of 1 to 3 are isolated from Dianbaizhu for the first time.
