[目的]对甘草挥发性成分进行研究.[方法]用水蒸气蒸馏法提取甘草中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测、直观推导式演进特征投影(HELP)解析所得的GC-MS数据.[结果]分离出39个峰,鉴定出31种成分,并测定了各组分的相对含量,其中含量最高的是二十酸(32.02%).[结论]通过对甘草挥发油成分的研究,为甘草资源的进一步开发利用提供了试验依据.
[目的]對甘草揮髮性成分進行研究.[方法]用水蒸氣蒸餾法提取甘草中的揮髮油,用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀檢測、直觀推導式縯進特徵投影(HELP)解析所得的GC-MS數據.[結果]分離齣39箇峰,鑒定齣31種成分,併測定瞭各組分的相對含量,其中含量最高的是二十痠(32.02%).[結論]通過對甘草揮髮油成分的研究,為甘草資源的進一步開髮利用提供瞭試驗依據.
[목적]대감초휘발성성분진행연구.[방법]용수증기증류법제취감초중적휘발유,용기상색보-질보련용의검측、직관추도식연진특정투영(HELP)해석소득적GC-MS수거.[결과]분리출39개봉,감정출31충성분,병측정료각조분적상대함량,기중함량최고적시이십산(32.02%).[결론]통과대감초휘발유성분적연구,위감초자원적진일보개발이용제공료시험의거.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the composition of volatile oil from G. uralensis. [Method] The volatile oil was extracted by water distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS,heuristic evolving latent projections(HELP) resolution method. [Result] 39 peaks were separated and 31 components were identified. The relative content of each component was determined. The content of eicosanoic acid was highest (32.02%). [Conclusion] The study on the volatile oil from G. uralensis provided the test basis for the further development and utilization of G.uralensis resources.
