FPGA and dedicated micro-controller chips are widely used in HIRFL-CSR monitor and control systems. The paper discussed the design and implementation of System On a Programmable Chip which is suitable for HIRFL-CSR monitor and control systems based on on FPGA altera-stratix-Ⅱ2S60f1020c3 and microC/OS-Ⅱ. The hardware system and the operating system of the SOPC are both reconfigurable and it has a wide range of applications in monitor and control systems of nuclear physics and other field of sci-ence.
