探讨喷气涡流纺纱的关键工艺及技术措施.通过分析喷气涡流纺纱技术原理、成纱特性以及Tencel有机棉喷气涡流纺纱生产过程中的工艺配置及采取的技术措施,并与环锭纺纱及紧密纺纱进行质量对比.结果表明:利用喷气涡流纺纱技术开发的Teneel有机棉喷气涡流纱,具有毛羽少,服用性能好等特点;喷气涡流纺技术工艺流程短,自动化程度高,用工少,成纱质量稳定.

The key processing and technology measures of air jet vortex spinning were discussed.Technology principle of air jet vortex spinning,finish yarn property and processing configuration & adopting technology measures in production of Tencel organic cotton air jet vortex yarn were analysed,then the quality was contrasted with ring yarn and compact spinning yarn.The resuh shows that hairiness of Tencel organic cotton air jet vortex yarn is less,the fabric wearability is better et al.Processing flow of air jet vortex spinning is shorter,the automation degree is higher,needed labor is less,finish yarn quality is stable.
