C60与过量2-氨基乙磺酸在甲苯及乙醇/水两相体系中反应,产物经稀盐酸酸化得标题化合物(加成度4),产率为28%(按加入的C_(60)计算).C_(60)-2-氨基乙磺酸的结构为~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR、IR、FAB-MS和元素分析所证实.用化学发光法检测了C_(60)-2-氨基乙磺酸对Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基·OH的清除效果,C_(60)-2-氨基乙磺酸能有效地清除·OH,其半抑制浓度为0.61×10~(-4) mol/L,在浓度为2.96×10~(-4) mol/L时,清除效率可达88.85%.

Addition reaction of C60 with an excess of NH_2-(CH_2)_2SO_3-Na~+ in a toluene-ethanol/H_2O system gave the corresponding amino-acid adducts H_nC_(60)(NHCH_2CH_2SO_3Na)_n (predominantly n=4),which was acidified with dilute HCl solution to afford the corresponding conjugate acid product (1) in 28% yield (based on C_(60) added).C_(60) adducts was structurally characterized by ~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR,IR,FAB-MS and elemental analysis.A chemiluminescence technique was applied to study its effect on scavenging hydroxyl radicals (·OH) generated by the Fenton′s reaction.C_(60) adducts can effectively eliminate hydroxyl radicals (·OH),with its concentrations for 50% inhibition equating to 0.61×10~(-4) mol/L.At a concentration of 2.96×10~(-4) mol/L,its radical scavenging efficiency was approximately 88.85%.
