当前社会公民信仰认知存在偏差、社会公德素养普遍下降、部分公民心理承受脆弱、学术道德失序现象频繁、虚拟世界道德失控广泛等现象,根源于政治因素、市场经济、历史文化、网络传播和学校教育等方面的影响;需要采取信仰世界的理性重构、重铸社会责任的人格内容、吸纳人文文化的优质原素、践行知行合一的道德伦理和营造和谐包容的文化氛围等五个方面的应对策略。

The paper scans moral incorrectness from the following aspects：cognitive biases of current social citizens＇ belief,universally declining social morality quality,fragile psychological endurance of some citizens,frequent disorder phenomenon of academic ethics and extensive runaway of morality in the virtual world,etc.,emphatically analyzes the causes from five aspects：political factors,market economy,historical culture,network communication and school education,and puts forwards the coping strategy from five aspects：calling rational reconstruction of the faith world,recasting of personality content of social responsibility,absorbing quality elements of human culture,practicing ethics of unity of knowledge and practice and building the cultural atmosphere of harmony and tolerance.
