Improvements on dewatering mixed gas in vinyl chloride synthesis process, i.e. the substitution of freezing method for sulfuric acid method, were introduced. After improvement, the running of dewatering system was stable, the dewatering effects of mixed gas were ensured, and the running cost was saved.
