研究了Fe[Ⅱ]-丁二酮肟的络合物作为模拟过氧化物酶对过氧化氢、4-氨基安替比林和苯酚显色反应的催化活性.将显色反应与葡萄糖氧化酶反应偶联,测定了葡萄糖注射液及五味子蜜中葡萄糖的含量,取得了满意的结果.
研究瞭Fe[Ⅱ]-丁二酮肟的絡閤物作為模擬過氧化物酶對過氧化氫、4-氨基安替比林和苯酚顯色反應的催化活性.將顯色反應與葡萄糖氧化酶反應偶聯,測定瞭葡萄糖註射液及五味子蜜中葡萄糖的含量,取得瞭滿意的結果.
연구료Fe[Ⅱ]-정이동우적락합물작위모의과양화물매대과양화경、4-안기안체비림화분분현색반응적최화활성.장현색반응여포도당양화매반응우련,측정료포도당주사액급오미자밀중포도당적함량,취득료만의적결과.
A new mimetic peroxidase,Fe(Ⅱ)diacetyldioxime complex was synthesized.The catalytic characteristics of Fe(Ⅱ)diacetyldioxime,as the mimesis peroxidase,on the color reaction of peroxide,4aminoantipyrine and phenol were studied.The studied color reaction was coupled with glucose oxidase reaction for the determination of glucose in glucose injections and wu wei zi mi(honey) samples with satisfactory.
