目的:建立蒙药酒制狼毒定性鉴别标准.方法:采用显微鉴别方法找到酒制狼毒粉末的显微特征;采用薄层色谱方法,确定酒制狼毒薄层色谱鉴别特征;同时进行了浸出物测定和灰分检查测定.结果:酒制狼毒粉末在镜下可观察到淀粉粒、木拴细胞、导管和油滴;薄层色谱中用环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(10:7:1)系统展开,紫外灯(365nm)下观察;用环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(10:5:1)系统及环己烷-三氯甲烷-甲醇-甲酸(5:5:1:0.5)系统展开,喷以硫酸-乙醇(1:1)溶液,热风吹数分钟,紫外灯(365nm)下观察.可见到其特征斑点.酒制狼毒灰分在6%以下,乙醇浸出物在2.5%以上.结论:本实验结果可作为蒙药酒制狼毒的定性鉴别标准.

Objective:To establish a system of Mongolian medicinal liquor chamaejasme qualitative criteria to identify. Methods:Micro- identification system to find a wine chamaejasme microscopic characteristics of the powder; TLC method used to determine wine - chamaejasme TLC characteristics; at the same time extract the determination of ash and the determination of inspeedon. Result:wine- chamaejasme powder can be observed under the starch grains, cork cells, and oil droplets catheter; TLC with eyelohexane- ethyl acetate- formic acid(10: 7:1)system Start ultraviolet light (365nm) were observed; with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - formic acid (10: 5 : 1) and eyclohexane system - chlo-roform - methanol - formic acid (5:5 : 1:0.5) system started to spray acid - ethanol(1 : 1) solution, wind and heat for a few minutes of UV light(365nm) under observation,can see the features of its spots, winous chamaejasme 6% ethanol extract of 2.5 %. Conchusion:The results can be used as medicinal liquor Meng - chamaejasme qualitative criteria to identify.
