以杜×(大×长)三元杂种猪为研究对象,将其分为2组,分别饲喂基础日粮和添加1%精氨酸日粮.测定试验猪血液白细胞分类计数,血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子水平、淋巴细胞增殖活性以及脾脏IL-2、TNF-α和IFN-γ的mRNA表达水平,探讨日粮添加精氨酸对肥育猪免疫功能的调节作用.结果表明:日粮中添加1%精氨酸可显著增加单核细胞数和百分比、淋巴细胞百分比和增殖活性及血清IgG和IL-2水平,显著降低中性粒细胞数和百分比及血清TNF-α水平;明显增加脾脏IL-2和IFN-γ表达水平,降低TNF-α表达水平.结果提示,精氨酸可通过调节肥育猪的细胞和体液免疫水平,从而增强机体免疫功能.
以杜×(大×長)三元雜種豬為研究對象,將其分為2組,分彆飼餵基礎日糧和添加1%精氨痠日糧.測定試驗豬血液白細胞分類計數,血清免疫毬蛋白和細胞因子水平、淋巴細胞增殖活性以及脾髒IL-2、TNF-α和IFN-γ的mRNA錶達水平,探討日糧添加精氨痠對肥育豬免疫功能的調節作用.結果錶明:日糧中添加1%精氨痠可顯著增加單覈細胞數和百分比、淋巴細胞百分比和增殖活性及血清IgG和IL-2水平,顯著降低中性粒細胞數和百分比及血清TNF-α水平;明顯增加脾髒IL-2和IFN-γ錶達水平,降低TNF-α錶達水平.結果提示,精氨痠可通過調節肥育豬的細胞和體液免疫水平,從而增彊機體免疫功能.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of arginine on immune response in fattening pigs.Twenty Duroc×Landrace× Yorkshire pigs with about 50 kg of body weight were randomly assigned to 2 treatment groups(10pigs per group)representing the addition of 0 or 1% arginine to basal diets.On 60 days after initiation of the addition,total and differential counts of leucocytes,serum levels of immunoglobulins(Ig)and cytokines,and proliferation activity of peripheral lymphocytes were determined,as well as mRNA expression levels of IL-2,TNF-α and IFN-γ in spleen.The results showed that dietary supplementation with 1% arginine increased the monocyte number,percentages of monoeyte and lymphocyte,proliferation activity of lymphocyte,and serum contents of IgG and IL-2(P<0.05),as well as gene expression of IL-2 and IFN-γ(P>0.05),and decreased the number and percentage of neutrophils,and serum content of TNF-α(P<0.05),as well as expression level of TNF-α(P>0.05)in comparison with the control group.In conclusion,these findings suggest that the 1% arginine as a dietary additive enhances the immune function of fattening pigs by modulating the cellular and humoral immune responses.
