从形态结构、发芽试验、环境因子和处理方法对美女樱种子生物学特性、萌发条件进行了研究,结果表明:美女樱种子为直立型双子叶无胚乳种子,存在7 d的休眠期.15/5℃全黑暗条件下用草炭做基质萌发效果较好.不同处理可提高美女樱种子萌发率,其中以清水浸种3 h后用0.1%的H_2O_2处理5 h效果最好,可高达73.8%.

The research was done on biological characteristics and germination conditions of Verbena hybrida seed by morphdogical structure, seed germination test, environment factors and treat methods. The results showed that:The seed was erect, dicotyledonous and no endosperm, which dormancy stage was one week. The germination effect was better than others which was seed in grass peat with 15 to 5℃ temperature under the conditions of full darkness. The germination percentage of verbena seeds could be improved with different treatments, the best one was soaking seeds with water last 3 hours, then treat with 0. 1% H_2O_2 for 5 hours, the germination percentage could be up to 73. 8%.
