采用硫酸铵分级沉淀、DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow离子交换层析、Sephadex G-75凝胶层析及聚丙烯凝胶电泳,从枯草芽孢杆菌SH7代谢物中分离纯化出一种相对分子质量为33.6 kD的蛋白,该活性物质具有淀粉酶活力,对烟草青枯病菌具有一定的抑制作用.
採用硫痠銨分級沉澱、DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow離子交換層析、Sephadex G-75凝膠層析及聚丙烯凝膠電泳,從枯草芽孢桿菌SH7代謝物中分離純化齣一種相對分子質量為33.6 kD的蛋白,該活性物質具有澱粉酶活力,對煙草青枯病菌具有一定的抑製作用.

Bacillus subtilis strain SH7 showed antagonism against Ralstonia solanacearum.One of the protein was purified by using ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow chromatography and Sephadex G-75.The molecular mass of the protein was 33.6 kD by PAGE analysis.The active protein from Bacillus subtilis strain SH7 have diastatic activity.
