混合式步进电动机采用简单的微步驱动控制策略时并不会改变其欠阻尼本质.中频区域振荡严重,运行速度范围较窄.提出一种抑制转子振荡的控制策略,利用高通滤波器提取出电磁转矩中脉动分量,并对其积分以获得转速脉动分量,利用该转速脉动分量对定子电流相位进行实时调制,以抑制转子振荡.实验结果表明,步进电机速度运行范围宽广、动态响应迅速.

The under-damped response of hybrid stepping motor is not improved by simple micro-stepping drive control scheme,which results in a mid-hand resonance field and a narrow operation speed range.A novel electronic damping strategy for hybrid stepping motor is investigated.After the tipple in electromagnetic torque is separated and sent to a integrator.the ripple in rotation speed of rotor can be gained from the output terminal ofthe integrator.The phase angle of winding current is modulated by the ripple in speed really in order to damp the oscillation of rotor rotation.The experimental results show a wider operation speed range is gained and the response of dynamic state is improved.
