以MnSO4和NaOH为原料,利用L-酪氨酸为模板仿生合成MnO2,SEM表征表明其形貌呈片状,XRD表征表明其为β-MnO2.研究MnO2催化甲基橙氧化降解性能,考察其对H2O2降解甲基橙模拟废水的催化能力,并利用SAS统计软件(SAS Institute Inc.,Cary,NC,USA,Version 8.0)对MnO2添加量、甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度和甲基橙溶液初始pH进行了优化.其优化后的试验结果为甲基橙溶液初始pH为4,甲基橙溶液初始质量浓度为9mg/L,MnO2添加量为0.42g/L.
以MnSO4和NaOH為原料,利用L-酪氨痠為模闆倣生閤成MnO2,SEM錶徵錶明其形貌呈片狀,XRD錶徵錶明其為β-MnO2.研究MnO2催化甲基橙氧化降解性能,攷察其對H2O2降解甲基橙模擬廢水的催化能力,併利用SAS統計軟件(SAS Institute Inc.,Cary,NC,USA,Version 8.0)對MnO2添加量、甲基橙溶液初始質量濃度和甲基橙溶液初始pH進行瞭優化.其優化後的試驗結果為甲基橙溶液初始pH為4,甲基橙溶液初始質量濃度為9mg/L,MnO2添加量為0.42g/L.

Based on the principle of biomimetic synthesis,MnO2 plate was synthesized using L-Tyrosine as template,MnSO4 and NaOH as raw materials.X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to characterize the product.The result showed that MnO2 was flake-like β-MnO2.Catalytic activity of the as-obtained MnO2 on oxidative degradation of methyl orange aqueous solution was studied,with the solution simulating industrial waste water.Then the influence parameters were optimized by SAS,the optimum conditions are pH value is 4.0,initial methyl orange concentration is 9 mg/L and β-MnO2 dosage is 0.42 g/L.
