目的 探讨红十字会初级救护知识多媒体培训模式的效果.方法 将我区280多所中小学老师、幼儿园幼师和机关、社区、企业员工1906人作为培训对象,分为两个培训单元和两个培训时段,第1个单元996人在2010年培训为对照组,第2个单元910人在2011年培训为试验组;对照组采用传统的培训模式,试验组采用多媒体培训模式,比较两组培训后学员对理论和技能的掌握合格率和培训对象满意度.结果 试验组培训后学员对理论和技能的掌握合格率及培训对象的满意度均明显高于对照组,救护理论合格率从8 1.80%提高到98.35%,技能操作合格率从80.20%提高到96.80%,学员培训后满意度从96.48%提高到99.56%(P<0.01).结论 多媒体教学和示范模拟人操作因具有灵活、形象、直观、生动等特点,可激发学员学习兴趣,有效提高学员自救互救能力,提升培训效果,该模式具有一定推广价值.

Objective To observe the effect of the multi-media training model of the red cross primary first-aid knowledge.Methods 1906 people from our district were divided into the test group (910) and the control group (996),some of them were the teachers from the primary and secondary schools or kindergarten and some of them were the staff of the government departments,community or enterprise.The control group was trained with the traditional model while the test group with the multi-media training model.After being trained,the students' qualification rates of the theory and skill were compared,and also the students' degree of satisfaction.Results Compared with the control group,the qualification rate of the theory and skill,the degree of satisfaction of the students in the test group were significantly better (P< 0.01).Conclusion The multi-media training model has the characteristic of flexible,lively,intuitive and vivid.It can arise the students' learning interest,improve the ability of self-aid and mutualaid with a better training effect.The multi-media training model should be promoted in some degree.
