在信息素养教育中，教师、学生各自的目标和信息素养教育的社会目标往往既有一致，又有冲突。基于目标一致的医学信息素养教育，强调对不同的目标进行分解确定，提炼出最重要的“核心目标”，从而达到了社会目标、教学目标和学生目标最大程度上的统一，达到了信息素养教育的功能最大化。
在信息素養教育中，教師、學生各自的目標和信息素養教育的社會目標往往既有一緻，又有遲突。基于目標一緻的醫學信息素養教育，彊調對不同的目標進行分解確定，提煉齣最重要的“覈心目標”，從而達到瞭社會目標、教學目標和學生目標最大程度上的統一，達到瞭信息素養教育的功能最大化。
재신식소양교육중，교사、학생각자적목표화신식소양교육적사회목표왕왕기유일치，우유충돌。기우목표일치적의학신식소양교육，강조대불동적목표진행분해학정，제련출최중요적“핵심목표”，종이체도료사회목표、교학목표화학생목표최대정도상적통일，체도료신식소양교육적공능최대화。
In the process of the information literacy education, teachers, students and the society often have the conflict goals. Unity of purpose-based medical infornation literacy education research and emphasis on the decomposition of the different targets mean to extract the most important "core object", so as to achieve social goals, teaching objectives and students target the greatest degree of uniformity, to achieve the maximization of the function of the information literacy education.
