本文报告19例胰腺结石超声检查结果.其资料均经手术及病理证实.文中阐述了胰腺结石超声诊断的重要性,描述了胰腺结石的回声表现,探讨了胰腺结石及其并发症-胰腺囊肿、脓肿以及癌肿超声诊断价值及局限性,并分析了癌肿漏诊原因.

Nineteen cases of pancreatic stones diagnosed by B-mode uhrasonography were re- ported and the results were confirmed by the surgical operation and histopathology.The significance of sonography in making diagnosis of the pancr.eatic stones was discussed and the sono-graphic features of the pancreatic stones and of its concomitants (pancreatic cyst abscess and.car-cin-oma).were described.The limitations of ultrasonography in diagnosis of pancreatic stones and the causes of misdiagnosis were pointed out.
