目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌围手术期护理方法及对策.方法对89例分化型甲状腺癌患者围手术期护理进行回顾性分析.结果 89例中1例出血,5例声音嘶哑,通过对呼吸道护理以及并发症的处理,均在住院期间好转,所有患者恢复良好,顺利出院.结论整体观个性化护理,密切观察,积极处理各种并发症,是分化型甲状腺癌手术护理的关键.

Objective To investigate the methods and strategies of perioperative nursing for differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods The dates of 89 cases differentiated thyroid carcinoma was reviwed. Results Among 89 cases there was one case of bleeding, five cases of hoarseness. ALL were improved during hospitalization and recovered well. Conclusion Application of the overall concept of individualized nursing practice and actively deal with various complications, are the key to successful operation of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
