背景神经病理性疼痛( neuropathic pain,NPP)是慢性疼痛中的研究热点,其产生机制复杂,治疗方法虽多,但尚未有适用于各种类型NPP的疗法。 目的综述美西律在治疗NPP中的研究现状。内容美西律可阻断异常钠通道电流,缩短通道开放的持续时间,降低神经轴突的兴奋性,动物实验与临床研究表明其对缓解外周神经病变后NPP效果确切,副作用小,安全性大。趋向美西律治疗NPP具有一定疗效,今后需进一步深入研究该药在不同亚型钠通道中的阻滞作用,为临床治疗不同类型NPP提供新思路。
揹景神經病理性疼痛( neuropathic pain,NPP)是慢性疼痛中的研究熱點,其產生機製複雜,治療方法雖多,但尚未有適用于各種類型NPP的療法。 目的綜述美西律在治療NPP中的研究現狀。內容美西律可阻斷異常鈉通道電流,縮短通道開放的持續時間,降低神經軸突的興奮性,動物實驗與臨床研究錶明其對緩解外週神經病變後NPP效果確切,副作用小,安全性大。趨嚮美西律治療NPP具有一定療效,今後需進一步深入研究該藥在不同亞型鈉通道中的阻滯作用,為臨床治療不同類型NPP提供新思路。

Background Neuropathic pain is an intractable chronic pain. Due to it's complicated generation mechanism,kinds of therapy differ from one another. But there's no one effective way that suit all kinds of neuropathic pain. Objective To summarize the research status of mexiletine used in the management of neuropathic pain. Content Mexiletine, a sodium channel blocker, could effectively block abnormal sodium channel currents flow, shorten these channels' open duration, cut down the excitability of the neuraxons, thus releasing pain. Investigations in neuropathic pain treatment with mexiletine, including animal experiments and clinical researches, have gradually increased day by day. It is reported that some types of neuropathic pain,especially patients with painful peripheral neuropathy, e.g. chronic diabetic neuropathy, peripheral nerve injury, post-herpes or post-chemotherapy neuropathic pain, could be obviously relieved by mexiletine, with little side effccts and great security. Trend Mexiletine has some curative effect while treating neuropathic pain. There should be more focus on it's different blockage roles in various sodium channels, which may provide some new thoughts to treat various neuropathic pain.
