目的探讨更适合老年患者静脉输液拔针按压方法,以预防或减少拔针后因按压方法不当导致出血或皮下瘀血,最大限度减轻患者痛苦.方法选择180例门诊静脉输液老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,静脉输液后观察组采用手把手指压法,对照组采用直压法,并有计划地进行效果的比较分析.结果采用手把手指压法,输液拔针后皮下瘀血明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001).结论采用手把手指压法能明显减少老年患者拔针后皮下瘀血,提高患者满意度.

Objective To investigate the optimum needle withdrawal method on senior patients taking intravenous transfusion in order to prevent or minimize wound bleeding or subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by improper needle withdrawal method.Methods 180 senior patients experiencing 672 times transfusion were divided into study group and control group.After the end of transfusion,in the former group,the injected wound was pressed by thumb of the patients under the instruction of the nurses while in the control group,the wound was pressed by cotton swabs.The findings were compared and analyzed.Results When the wound was pressed by thumb of the patients,we could see less subcutaneous hemorrhage in study group than in control group with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion That the wound was pressed by thumb of the patients taking intravenous transfusion as a needle withdrawal method could reduce subcutaneous hemorrhage on the patients with high satisfaction.
