目的探讨早期穴位药物注射配合局部按摩对鼻咽癌患者接受根治性放射治疗(放疗)后张口困难的防治效果.方法将106例鼻咽癌放疗患者分为观察组和对照组各53例,观察组在放疗即日起取双侧面部穴位交替进行药物注射,同时配合按摩.对照组常规指导患者张口活动.在放疗前、放疗结束及放疗半年、一年半后分别对两组患者的门齿间距进行测量.结果观察组患者放疗后张口困难的发生率及其程度明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论早期穴位药物注射配合局部按摩有助于降低鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口困难的发生率,提高患者的生存质量.
목적 탐토조기혈위약물주사배합국부안마대비인암환자접수근치성방사치료(방료)후장구곤난적방치효과.방법 장106례비인암방료환자분위관찰조화대조조각53례,관찰조재방료즉일기취쌍측면부혈위교체진행약물주사,동시배합안마.대조조상규지도환자장구활동.재방료전、방료결속급방료반년、일년반후분별대량조환자적문치간거진행측량.결과관찰조환자방료후장구곤난적발생솔급기정도명현저우대조조(P＜0.01).결론조기혈위약물주사배합국부안마유조우강저비인암환자방료후장구곤난적발생솔,제고환자적생존질량.
Objective To study the preventive and cure effect of the acupuncture points medicine injection with partial cheirapsis on the clinical treatment of open mouth difficulty in early nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radioactive treatment.Methods Divided 106 sufferers with nasopharyngeal carcinoma into observation group and control group,53 for each,the observation group is putting to treat from this very day to take acupuncture points medicine injection on two sides alternately,at the meantime with massage.The control group were done by normal guides to open mouth.Cutting tooth distance were determined before treatment,treatment completation and after half year,after one and half years respectively.Results The occurrence rate and its degree in the observation group was lower than that in control group,P＜0.01.Conclusion In early days the acupuncture points medicine injected match with partial massage contribute to reduce the occurrence rate of open mouth difficulty after radioactivity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.
