目的研究PICC置管存在的风险,并进行分析,提出有效对策.对置管后出现的机械性静脉炎、导管堵塞、导管脱移或漂出、导管断裂、穿刺点渗血和血肿、血栓形成、感染等各种问题和并发症,及时采取防治措施,延长导管的留置时间,为患者提供安全有效的保障.
