褐煤属低质煤,其水分含量高、灰分高,直接燃烧发电效率低。为提高褐煤发电系统效率,该文介绍了高效褐煤发电系统,并且利用等效热降法对该系统进行理论分析和计算,同时对某600MW超临界工程案例进行技术经济对比分析。在该文所述的基准工况下,通过理论计算,该系统可以降低发电煤耗12g/(kW.h),经过技术经济性分析,该系统可以降低厂用电率0.56%,降低发电煤耗15g/(kw·h)以上,同时该系统还可以降低污染物排放、减少工程投资等。研究发现燃用高水分褐煤的火力发电厂,采用高效褐煤发电系统具有极大的优越性,其节能、节水、减排,是值得大力推广的“绿色”发电事业。

Lignite is a kind of low rank coal with high water and ash content, which has low power generation efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency of lignite-fried power system, efficient lignite-fired power system was introduced. Theoretical analysis and calculation were carried out on this system with equivalent heat drop method. Moreover, technical and economic comparison of a 600 MW supercritical power plant was carded out. Through theoretical calculation, this system can reduce power generating consumption rate 12 g/(kW.h) in the benchmark condition stated. Through technical economy analysis, the system can reduce the power system service consumption rate by 0.56% and power supplying consumption rate 15 g/(kW.h). And at the same time, this system can also reduce pollutants and engineering investment et al. This study finds that burning high moisture content lignite with efficient lignite-fired power system is of great advantage.. This system is energy and water saving and pollutions reduction, which is popularized "green" lignite-fire power system.
