西部欠发达地区由于受到资金、技术、人才等多种因素的制约和限制,完善的基层政府绩效评估体系几乎还是一片空白。我国政府绩效评估起步较晚,在相对落后的西部地区建立完善的政府绩效评估体系,需要借鉴国外的成功经验。因此,本文结合我国西部欠发达地区的特点以及经济社会发展的现状,从考察美国政府绩效评估的经验入手,探索完善我国西部欠发达地区基层政府绩效评估体系的路径。
西部欠髮達地區由于受到資金、技術、人纔等多種因素的製約和限製,完善的基層政府績效評估體繫幾乎還是一片空白。我國政府績效評估起步較晚,在相對落後的西部地區建立完善的政府績效評估體繫,需要藉鑒國外的成功經驗。因此,本文結閤我國西部欠髮達地區的特點以及經濟社會髮展的現狀,從攷察美國政府績效評估的經驗入手,探索完善我國西部欠髮達地區基層政府績效評估體繫的路徑。

Due to the limitation of capital,technology,personnel and other factors in the less developed areas,the perfect government performance evaluation system is still almost a blank.Government performance evaluation in China started late,in the relatively backward western regions to establish a sound government performance evaluation system needs to refer the successful experience of foreign countries.Therefore,this paper will try to base on the characteristics and status of economic and social development in the less developed areas,study the experience of American government performance evaluation and explore local government performance evaluation paths of the less developed areas in the west of China.
