建立了内燃机主轴承热弹性流体动力润滑模型,对3种不同牌号的润滑油品的润滑性能进行了计算研究。结果表明,使用3种润滑油,在低速和小负荷工况下,主轴承处于流体动力润滑状态,润滑性能良好;在中等转速中等负荷工况下,油膜厚度减小,油膜温度上升,摩擦功耗增加,但轴承仍能维持流体动力润滑状态;在高转速大负荷工况下,使用CDSW/30润滑油时,主轴承处于边界润滑状态,表明该润滑油不适合在模型机上使用。

The lubricating properties of three different grades of lubricating oils were calculated and researched after the thermoelastohydrodynamic lubrication model of main beatings of ICE was established. The results show that the main bearing is in hydrodynamic lubrication state when three types of lubricants are used in the engine under low speed and low load operation conditions;under medium speed and load conditions, the main bearing still maintains lubrication state though oil film thickness decreases, oil film temperature rises, friction power increases;in high speed and load conditions, the bearing lubricated by CD5W/30 oil is in the boundary lubrication state,which indicates that the lubricant oil is not suitable for use in the model machine.
