近年来，文化多元化对高校学生的思想、信念、道德、人际关系形成了强烈的冲击，给我国高校的思想政治教育工作带来了不小的挑战，也对思想政治教育发展提供了新的课题和任务．我们只有加强思想政治教育对多元文化的监督和管控，积极创新和改进思想政治教育的方法，不断完善思想政治教育评价体系，才能保障广大高校学生在多元文化的挤压和冲击下树立“文化自信”，真正成长为全面发展的合格人才。
近年來，文化多元化對高校學生的思想、信唸、道德、人際關繫形成瞭彊烈的遲擊，給我國高校的思想政治教育工作帶來瞭不小的挑戰，也對思想政治教育髮展提供瞭新的課題和任務．我們隻有加彊思想政治教育對多元文化的鑑督和管控，積極創新和改進思想政治教育的方法，不斷完善思想政治教育評價體繫，纔能保障廣大高校學生在多元文化的擠壓和遲擊下樹立“文化自信”，真正成長為全麵髮展的閤格人纔。

For the past few years, the beliefs, morality and interpersonal relations of the college students had been impacted by multiculturalism, and it brought a lot of challenges, to the ideological and political education work. We need to strengthen the supervision and control to innovate the methods of the ideological and political education, to perfect the system of the subject, to ensure the students of the college can developed in an all-around way.
