近几年,新型的道路标线带成为发展趋势.本文采用模压成型工艺,以玻璃纤维布为增强材料、以丙烯酸酯改性不饱和聚酯树脂为基体制作FRP标线.性能分析表明,标线材料的耐水、耐碱性能非常优良,力学性能优异;采用环氧树脂胶黏剂粘结FRP在水介质中与基面的粘结强度优异;FRP标线具有良好的耐磨性,标线的使用寿命预计远远好于现有道路标线材料.
近幾年,新型的道路標線帶成為髮展趨勢.本文採用模壓成型工藝,以玻璃纖維佈為增彊材料、以丙烯痠酯改性不飽和聚酯樹脂為基體製作FRP標線.性能分析錶明,標線材料的耐水、耐堿性能非常優良,力學性能優異;採用環氧樹脂膠黏劑粘結FRP在水介質中與基麵的粘結彊度優異;FRP標線具有良好的耐磨性,標線的使用壽命預計遠遠好于現有道路標線材料.

In recent years,the new road marking belt has become the development trend.The FRP marking made of acrylate modified unsaturated polyester resin with the compression molding process and the glass fiber cloth as the reinforced material is taken in the paper.The performance analysis shows that the water endurance and alkali resistance performances of the marking material are very good and the mechanical property is excellent.The bonding strength of the epoxy resin adhesive FRP bonded with various base surfaces is excellent;the FRP marking has the good wearing resistance and it is predicted that the operating life of the marking will be far better than the current road marking material.
