随着中国改革开放的深入，电信网的规模急剧扩大，各种电信设备大量增加，对局（站）动力设备及环境提出了越来越高的要求。本论文通过对动力集中监控系统的结构及原理的分析，设计并实现了本地网动力集中监控系统，并通过实例观察，对该系统做评价及展望。

With China＇s reform and opening-up,telecommunications networks have expanded exponentially,a significant increase in a variety of telecommunications equipment,game（station）power equipment and environment of increasingly high requirements.Through the power of this thesis focused on the structure and principles of surveillance systems analysis,design and implement a local network power centralized monitoring system,and by example observation,evaluation and prospects of the system to do.
