测试出C-mount封装,额定功率为2W,峰值波长为808nm的激光二极管(LD)在不同温度下的PIV曲线、光谱曲线、远场特性曲线,分析激光二极管的热特性及激光二极管各项参数随温度的变化规律,并分析原因。通过分析计算出波长温度系数k,并结合频率红移法计算出该激光二极管的热阻Rth值。结果证明Rth随温度变化而变化。
測試齣C-mount封裝,額定功率為2W,峰值波長為808nm的激光二極管(LD)在不同溫度下的PIV麯線、光譜麯線、遠場特性麯線,分析激光二極管的熱特性及激光二極管各項參數隨溫度的變化規律,併分析原因。通過分析計算齣波長溫度繫數k,併結閤頻率紅移法計算齣該激光二極管的熱阻Rth值。結果證明Rth隨溫度變化而變化。

The laser diode(LD) which is C-mount encapsulation,rated power is 2W and peak wavelength is 808nm is measured.It is measured in different temperature and formed the PIV curve,the spectrum curve,the far field characteristic curve.The thermal characteristic of the laser diode and the parameters change rule of laser diode in different temperature and the reason are analyzed.Dealt with the data and calculated temperature coefficient of wavelength k which is used connecting with the frequency bathochromic shift method to calculate the laser diode Rth thermal resistance value.The results prove Rth with temperature changes.
