随着计算机技术、网络技术的发展,数字图书馆已经成为当今图书馆建设和发展的主体,而知识产权问题是数字图书馆信息资源建设中一个不容忽视的问题,就数字图书馆信息资源建设中的知识产权问题进行了分析、探讨,并提出了加强立法保护、与出版社取得授权等6项解决办法。
隨著計算機技術、網絡技術的髮展,數字圖書館已經成為噹今圖書館建設和髮展的主體,而知識產權問題是數字圖書館信息資源建設中一箇不容忽視的問題,就數字圖書館信息資源建設中的知識產權問題進行瞭分析、探討,併提齣瞭加彊立法保護、與齣版社取得授權等6項解決辦法。
수착계산궤기술、망락기술적발전,수자도서관이경성위당금도서관건설화발전적주체,이지식산권문제시수자도서관신식자원건설중일개불용홀시적문제,취수자도서관신식자원건설중적지식산권문제진행료분석、탐토,병제출료가강입법보호、여출판사취득수권등6항해결판법。
Along with the development of computer technology and Internet technology today,the digital library has become the main body of construction and development,and the intellectual property can not be ignored in building a digital library.The author analyzes and explores Intellectual property on the digital library information resource building and extension.And the author puts forward six solutions,which include strengthening the legislative protection,obtaining authorization with the publishing house,etc.
