本文介绍了陶瓷用墨水(简称陶瓷墨水)的制备现状,通过分析双电层效应、空间位阻效应、静电位阻效应等稳定机制,提出可通过降低色料颗粒的Stocks沉降速率、选择合适的色料、对色料颗粒进行表面改性、选择合适的分散剂、对色料颗粒进行聚合物微胶囊包裹等途径提高陶瓷墨水的稳定性。
本文介紹瞭陶瓷用墨水(簡稱陶瓷墨水)的製備現狀,通過分析雙電層效應、空間位阻效應、靜電位阻效應等穩定機製,提齣可通過降低色料顆粒的Stocks沉降速率、選擇閤適的色料、對色料顆粒進行錶麵改性、選擇閤適的分散劑、對色料顆粒進行聚閤物微膠囊包裹等途徑提高陶瓷墨水的穩定性。
본문개소료도자용묵수(간칭도자묵수)적제비현상,통과분석쌍전층효응、공간위조효응、정전위조효응등은정궤제,제출가통과강저색료과립적Stocks침강속솔、선택합괄적색료、대색료과립진행표면개성、선택합괄적분산제、대색료과립진행취합물미효낭포과등도경제고도자묵수적은정성。
This paper has introduced the present preparation technology of the jet-printing ink for ceramic decoration. Through analyzing the possible dispersion mechanisms of ceramic pigment in the jet-printing ink--electric double layer effect, electrostatic effect of damping, steric effect, this paper proposed four countermeasures: reducing the Stocks sedimentation rate of ceramic pigment, choosing the suitable dispersant, selecting the suitable firing schedule, selecting the suitable ceramic pigment, applying surface modification of ceramic pigment, encapsulating ceramic pigment with polymer.
