越来越多的柔性交流输电系统(FACTS)装置应用于电网,成为可能的次同步振荡激发源,严重的次同步振荡将直接导致大型汽轮发电机组转子轴系的严重破坏,危及电力系统的安全运行。为了有效抑制次同步振荡,文中设计了基于测量阻抗提升系数(本地测量信号)的可控串联补偿(TCSC)控制次同步振荡方法,并通过建立包含火电机组的TCSC系统仿真模型,对该方法的有效性进行了验证。由仿真结果可知,与采用转速偏差信号的附加控制方式相比,所提出的控制方法具有同样的抑制效果,并且简单、容易实现,更有利于电网应用。
越來越多的柔性交流輸電繫統(FACTS)裝置應用于電網,成為可能的次同步振盪激髮源,嚴重的次同步振盪將直接導緻大型汽輪髮電機組轉子軸繫的嚴重破壞,危及電力繫統的安全運行。為瞭有效抑製次同步振盪,文中設計瞭基于測量阻抗提升繫數(本地測量信號)的可控串聯補償(TCSC)控製次同步振盪方法,併通過建立包含火電機組的TCSC繫統倣真模型,對該方法的有效性進行瞭驗證。由倣真結果可知,與採用轉速偏差信號的附加控製方式相比,所提齣的控製方法具有同樣的抑製效果,併且簡單、容易實現,更有利于電網應用。

The devices of flexible AC transmission system(FACTS) are applied in power systems increasingly.This may result in subsynchronous oscillations.Intensive oscillation will lead to serious damage on generator rotor shaft,which poses a high risk on power system security.Supplementary impedance control method of thyristor controlled series compensation(TCSC),which is based on local measured impedance lifting coefficients,is used to damp subsynchronous oscillations.The effectiveness of this method is verified by a simulation example,which includes thermal power units in power system with TCSC.The simulation results show that this method is as effective as the method based on the angular speed deviation.As it is simple and easy to be realized,the method is suitable for engineering application in power system.
