为解决长大隧道施工的通风问题和满足健康、安全的需要,新建棋盘石隧道采用在横洞施工结束进入平导和主洞施工时采用有轨运输进行出碴和运料。介绍了有轨运输的轨道设置方式(为满足运输调度的需要,正洞、平导洞内轨道布设为"双轨单线+错车道",按照需要设置道岔;横洞内轨道布设为"四轨双线",每隔400m设一渡线)及设备选择,具体的运输管理规定;分析了车辆掉道的故障原因及处理措施;阐述了仰拱无干扰施工技术的应用。通过对有轨运输的综合有效组织管理,实现了快速运输的目的,为按期完成施工任务奠定了基础。

In order to solve the problems of maintaining good ventilation and ensuring the requirements in health and safety in long and large tunnels,the newly-built Chessboard Mountain Tunnel adopts the construction methods of moving into the level guide shafts after completing the construction of all the level caves,and discharging slag and transporting materials with the tracked transportation means during the construction of the main cave.Introduced in the paper are the providing patterns of the tracks for tracked transportation(To meet the requirements in traffic dispatching,a "double-track-mono-line+lay-by" is provided in the the very cave and level guide caves,with switches provided as required;the tracks in the transverse caves are provided as four-track-and-a-double-line with a transitional line provided at every 400 m.),the right choice of equipment,and the specific rules for the management of transportation.The causes of carts falling off the track are analyzed and the corresponding tackling measures are provided;the application of the inverted-arch-non-disturbance construction technique is discussed.By means of the comprehensive and effective organization and management of the tracked transportation,the aim of rapid transportation is realized.
