根据某选矿厂尾矿的矿石性质,探讨采用重-浮-重的原则工艺对尾矿中的微细粒级锡石进行了回收利用试验研究。其中-0.074唧占试样的91.28%,该试样属于微细粒级难回收锡石。通过采用重-浮-重联合工艺最终获得锡精矿含锡品位为54.48%、回收率为24.73%,中度锡精矿品位26.18%、回收率5.91%,低度锡精矿品位2.41%,回收率18.23%。

On the basis of study on the ore property of the tailings, the recovery and utilization of micro fine cassiterite (-0.074mm 91.28%) in the tailings was studies by gravity-flotation-gravity flowsheet. The cassiterite was difficult to recover. The results showed that the content of Sn in cassiterite concentrate was 54.48%, and the recovery was 24.73%. The content and recovery of Sn are 26.18% and 5.91% respectively in moderate-grade cassiterite concentrate. In low-grade cassiterite concentrate, the content of Sn was 2.41%, and the recovery was 18.23%.
