针对广西高峰矿业有限责任公司100号矿体残矿特征,制定了首先分区段进行事故隐患治理,然后进行残矿回采的原则,根据残矿的形态和分布特点,对残矿进行分类开采。分段隔离控制区域性地压,局部充填处理空区,采用散体胶结、进路式分层回采、人工假巷、小步距崩落开采等开采技术,实现了高价值残矿的安全高效开采。文章主要介绍安全隐患治理工程实施和最大限度地安全回收100号矿体残矿资源情况。

According to the characteristics of No.100 ore residuals of Gao Feng Mining Co., Ltd., we firstly carried out the management of potential by sublevel. Then with the principle of ore recovery, we classified the residuals by its shape and distribution. Moreover, we isolated and control the sublevel ground pressure and stowed the goaf. By many mining techniques, such as the use of granular cement, in-road layered recovery, artificial prosthesis lane, small-step caving mining method etc, we have achieved a high value of the safe and efficient exploitation of residual minerals. This paper describes the implementation of security risk management and the maximum safe recycling of NO. 100 ore residuals.
