建筑工程规划验收是城乡规划管理部门对已批准的建设工程进行规划监督检查的重要环节。规划验收竣工测量是为建筑工程规划验收提供可靠的、准确的基础资料,是规划管理过程的一项重要的基础工作。本文结合武汉市规划管理部门对建筑工程规划验收相关规定与要求,对建筑工程规划验收的竣工测量工作进行系统性归纳总结,同时对建筑工程规划验收竣工测量工作中的测量原则、关键工艺、工作流程、工作内容及测量中精度控制要求进行了分析讨论。
建築工程規劃驗收是城鄉規劃管理部門對已批準的建設工程進行規劃鑑督檢查的重要環節。規劃驗收竣工測量是為建築工程規劃驗收提供可靠的、準確的基礎資料,是規劃管理過程的一項重要的基礎工作。本文結閤武漢市規劃管理部門對建築工程規劃驗收相關規定與要求,對建築工程規劃驗收的竣工測量工作進行繫統性歸納總結,同時對建築工程規劃驗收竣工測量工作中的測量原則、關鍵工藝、工作流程、工作內容及測量中精度控製要求進行瞭分析討論。

It was an important linking,the planning and checking of construction engineering,for the Urban and rural planning and management department to supervise and inspect in the Approval of construction projects.Because completion measurement of planning and checking was an important basic work during the planning management,and it could provide reliable accurate basic information.In this paper,it was systematic Summarized on completion measurement of construction engineering Planning and Checking,taking full account of the relevant provisions of the construction project planning and inspection requirements in Wuhan planning and management department.At the same time,it was analyzed and discussed about Measuring principle,key processes,work processes,work contents and the measurement precision control requirements.
