从气缸缸径的选取、气缸耗气量分析等方面介绍了气动焊装夹具中气缸的选用与计算方法。分析了夹具控制的基本设计思路和工作原理,确定了输入输出端口的分配,基于PLC给出了控制夹具的梯形图,实现夹具夹紧的自动化。
從氣缸缸徑的選取、氣缸耗氣量分析等方麵介紹瞭氣動銲裝夾具中氣缸的選用與計算方法。分析瞭夾具控製的基本設計思路和工作原理,確定瞭輸入輸齣耑口的分配,基于PLC給齣瞭控製夾具的梯形圖,實現夾具夾緊的自動化。

Welding jig is an indispensable tool in the automobile production and its pneumatic design is an important part of production line of welding. This paper not only discusses how to system select the pneumatic cylinder in the welding jigs, but also analyzes the basic design ideas and working principle of jig control and determines the distribution of input and output ports. Besides that, this paper achieves automated clamping of jigs based on PLC-based control ladder diagram
