为鉴定日本血吸虫体内是否存在内源性siRNA,采用生物信息学方法对成虫和14d童虫Solexa测序后得到的序列进行了分析,发现成虫和童虫中确实存在内源性siRNAs,而且所占比例和m iRNAs相当,说明内源性siRNAs可能对日本血吸虫基因转录起着重要调控作用。

To investigate whether there exist endogenous siRNAs in Schistosoma japonicum,we conducted bioinformatic analysis of Solexa sequencing data derived from adults and 14 d schistosomulum.The endogenous siRNAs were found and expression level of them was comparable with miRNAs,which suggested that endogenous siRNAs might play an important role in development regulation of Schistosoma japonicum.
