鉴于幼儿园保育员队伍以及保育工作中存在的诸多问题，近年来一些幼儿园大胆创新．积极尝试三教制保教模式。三教制保教模式有利于幼儿园保教结合、保教并重原则的落实，有利于促进幼儿园教师队伍整体素养的提高，有利于幼儿良好心理和行为习惯的养成以及教师队伍的稳定。不过，三教制模式下的幼儿园保教工作也存在保育意识淡薄、保教工作轮换方式不够完善等问题。

In view of the problems existing in child care, some kindergartens have tried new childcare patterns in recent years, and ＂Three Teachers R.esponsible for a Class （without a childcare worker）＂ is one of them. This new pattern is beneficial for practicing the principles of integrating teaching and caring and of equalize teaching and caring, for fostering children＇s healthy psychology and behavior as well as for the stabilization of the teaching staff. However, this pattern also has weak points, such as weak awareness of childcare, imperfection in shift between teaching and caring.
