采用植物油脂肪酸、多元醇和多元酸合成了醇酸树脂,并用聚氨酯改性,与水性氨基树脂制备水溶性醇酸氨基烘烤涂料。该涂料可用于真空镀膜,讨论了水性真空镀膜涂料制备过程中所用原材料的品种以及其加入量对涂膜性能的影响。

An alkyd resin was synthesized with vegetable fatty acids,polyols and polybasic acids and then it was modified by polyurethane,water-borne alkyd amino baking paint was prepared with waterborne amino resin.The coating can be used for vacuum coating.The influence of the type of raw material and the addition amount on coating performance during the preparing process of waterborne vacuum coating were discussed.
